Take this lunch plate for example; creamy buffalo mozzarella, soft prosciutto San Daniele that melts in your mouth and friselle (a donut shaped toasted bread from puglia) dipped in water, rubbed with a garlic clove and a cherry tomato and sprinkeled with olio extra vergine di oliva. Oh, it makes me long for summer!!
